Grape Law Made the Inc. 5000 List!

A New Milestone in Our Steady Growth: We’ve Made the U.S. Inc. 5000 List!

Inc., the publication that closely tracks the U.S. entrepreneurial ecosystem, has announced this year’s Inc. 5000—and we’re on the list. Before anything else, we want to spotlight a note from editor-in-chief Mike Hofman because it captures the moment: “Earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 is always a notable achievement. This year, it says even more about a company’s resilience and clarity of vision. These businesses didn’t just endure rising costs, shifting global dynamics, and constant change—they grew through it.

We’re honored to be included among America’s fastest-growing private companies, and even more so to debut at No. 161 in a year marked by global economic uncertainty. As Inc. explains, the list offers a data-driven look at standout entrepreneurial companies. Thanks to our performance over the evaluation period, we also ranked No. 4 among companies in the legal industry. These placements reflect what we value most: a people-first service model and a client base that grows through referrals.

Human-Centered Digital Transformation at the Core

Our founder, Attorney Muhammed Üzüm, sums up the drivers of this achievement in four words: “Empathy, clear communication, technology, and strategic foresight.”, and continues, “In recent years we’ve committed to digitizing without losing our human focus. That’s why we describe Grape Law not only as a provider of U.S. business immigration legal services, but also as a builder of legal technology. In addition to being a U.S.-licensed attorney, I’m an immigrant founder. I know firsthand what it means to build in a new country with complex, unfamiliar rules. Communication is crucial. That’s why our in-house tools—Grape Bot, Grape Assistant, and Grape App—take on routine work, freeing our attorneys to focus on strategic analysis and one-to-one client communication. Our place on the Inc. 5000 is a clear signal of service quality and a client network that grows by word of mouth. With this confidence, we’re preparing to bring our immigration expertise to a broader global stage.

The Inc. 5000 recognition is the latest in a series of U.S. milestones for us. In the last quarter of 2024, we were included in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s CO—100, and in April 2025 we entered the Inc. Regionals list at No. 5 among the fastest-growing companies in the Northeast. We look forward to sharing many more milestones with you as the journey continues.

Methodology

Companies on the 2025 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2021 to 2024. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2021. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent – not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies – as of December 31, 2021. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2021 is $100,000; the minimum required revenue for 2024 is $2 million.
